Star Mountain Roasters began with a simple belief—that exceptional coffee starts with exceptional ingredients. Founded in Salt Lake City by a former rocket scientist and his family, the roastery was built on precision, patience, and a relentless pursuit of coffee perfection.
Three generations later, that pursuit still defines us. We remain a family-driven roastery, roasting one small batch at a time. We are guided by the realization that perfection will always be one harvest away.
